EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

All products purchased from www.karachivapers.com can be exchanged/returned within 15 days only if:

• The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you ordered.
• There will be no return or exchange of any items if the flyer sealed is opened.
• Customer should claim the exchange within 15 days time if there is any defect in the piece.
• Pictures are shown on the website and may have slight differences in color because of the lighting effects in photo-shoot.

REFUND POLICY

KARACHI VAPERS does not offer a “Cash Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items based on desires.

A “Refund” may only be issued if:

• The customer cancels the order before Karachi Vapers starts processing the shipment.
• The item(s) does not match the ordered product.
• The transaction does not verify the security checks and Karachi Vapers is not willing to process such an order.
• Refunds can be issued from our retail stores.
• Customer will get the refund at the time when the brand will receive the dress from the customer.
• Any item will not Refund or Exchange after Stitching.

Refunds Through Payment Partners

• All refunds will take around 6-7 Working Days.

Karachi Vapers has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – the item being out of stock, the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution, and miscellaneous Reasons.
